Shipping
Payments
Credit and debit cards are accepted through Webpay. Once the product is paid, it is shipped within 2 to 3 business days, although it can be shipped the next day depending on the number of deliveries.
Local and International Shipping:
We ship through Chilexpress (Western Union in your country), Correos de Chile (Local Post Service) or Turbus / Starken only if there is no Chilexpress in your location. In Chile, Chilexpress's commitment is to deliver in approximately 48 hours from the time we deliver the product to the agency. Foreign countries depend on local service.
To Order
We need your full address and email to send the purchase confirmation. The phone is required by the courier. We send you the tracking number of your order. The products offered on the page are available, with exceptions given by the technological system. The system makes a reservation of your product for 30 minutes while the transaction is finalized. It then releases it and becomes available in inventory.
Shipments are sent to your personal, work or a Chilexpress branch for removal, if you indicate so.

Changes and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your shoes for any reason, please contact us immediately at lobaszapateria@gmail.com.
To change or return the product, the shoe must be unused, in perfect condition, with all the labels, ticket and / or invoice and original packaging to receive it.
Transportation for the return of the product it's at the customer's cost
The money back corresponds to the value of the product. Does not include shipping.
Once we receive the product in return, we will check the conditions and the money will be sent to you, through cancellation of Transbank if you bought by credit card, transfer to your Account of being national in case of debit or payment with Khipu.
